What do we accept?
At Elk River Flooring we gladly accept cash, checks or credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. However, all card purchases will be subject to a 3% processing fee. To order materials a 50% deposit is required and final payment must be paid upon completion of the job.
Order Policy
How do you proceed?
Here at Elk River Flooring we provide free estimates! Once you receive your estimate and approve, here is how you should proceed. Come in and see us or send us an email to let us know you approve the estimate. In order for us to place the order for your material, we will require a signed copy of your estimate and a 1/2 down paid deposit. Most of our materials are in stock at the manufacturer and take no longer than 3-5 business days to arrive. Once your flooring arrive at our showroom we will inspect to make sure everything is correct and give you a call to then schedule an installation date.
